Biographical notes:
Daniel Roth graduated from Paris with five first prizes (among others, he is a student of M.-C. Alain, sister of J. Alain, and studied harmony under the supervision of M. Duruflé). In 1963 he became organist of the Sacré Coeur Basilica in Paris, and since 1985 he has been titular organist of the Parisian church of St. Sulpice in Paris, where his predecessors included Ch.M. Widor, M. Dupré and J.J. Grunenwald. He has been a laureate of many prestigious international organ competitions, including the Grand Prix for interpretation and improvisation in Chartres (1971). He is a Knight of the Legion of Honour and an Officer of the Order of Arts and Letters, and an Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Organists in London.
Tomasz Strahl is a graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music in Warszawa. As a scholarship holder of the Austrian government, he completed a one-year postgraduate study at the Hochschule für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Vienna. He is one of the most outstanding cellists of his generation. He won the 1st prize at the 5th N. Zabaleta International Music Competition in San Sebastian, Spain (1991). He gives concerts in Poland and abroad (Europe, Asia, both Americas), performing with famous artists (K. Jakowicz, J. Krenz, J. Maksymiuk, K. Penderecki, J. Salwarowski). He has made numerous recordings in Poland and Canada, and has received the Fryderyk Music Award three times (2003, 2019 and 2020). He was the dean of the Instrumental Department of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warszawa (elections in 2012, 2016 and 2020), and in 2024 became the rector of the university. For his achievements, he was awarded the Gold Cross of Merit and the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
Maria Peradzyńska is a graduate of the F. Chopin Academy of Music in Warszawa, a laureate of awards at national and international competitions. In 1994 and 1995 she received a scholarship from Boston University. In 2021, her solo album with works by the 19th-century flute virtuoso J. W. Gabrielski was released, being the world premiere of the composer's works. She has given concerts in Poland and abroad (in Europe and America). She collaborates with artists such as J. Olejniczak and T. Strahl. Since 2005, she has been the first flautist of the J. Kiepura Mazovian Musical Theater in Warszawa. She currently teaches flute at the F. Chopin University of Music and at the K. Szymanowski State Music School Complex No. 4 in Warszawa. In 2017 she was awarded the Bronze Medal for Merit to Culture Gloria Artis.
