ÈxQuartet is a String Quartet consisting of members of the Szczecin Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra named after M. Karłowicz. The formation combines artists who are graduates of various musical environments: Szczecin, Wrocław and Warszawa. The performers perform as chamber musicians, soloists, concertmasters, which gives the opportunity for confrontation and a diverse perspective on musical performance. The primary goal of the group is to present works in a different form of expression than before. In 2020, ÉxQuartet recorded its 3 debut albums New Music For String Quartet with contemporary music (the albums received the title of laureate of the Global Music Awards 2021).
